Conversation
We start by understanding you — how you work, what you keep, what the room needs to feel like. There's no charge and no obligation at this stage.
Survey & design
We measure your space precisely and develop a design: layout, proportions, storage, materials and lighting, presented as drawings you can picture living with.
Making
The build itself is made by our trusted partners — established workshops whose craftsmanship we have tested and proven over many projects. We hand them complete drawings and specifications.
Quality & finish
Our partners hand-finish every surface, and we review the work against the design before anything is signed off. Nothing leaves for your home until it is perfect.
Delivery & installation
The same partners who build your office deliver and install it throughout the UK and Europe — fitting everything into place and adjusting until it's perfect. We supervise on site to make sure it's exactly as drawn.
A small studio devoted to one thing.
Ready Office Limited designs and delivers custom offices for homes and private clients across the UK and Europe. We keep our studio deliberately small, focusing on design and delivery, while trusted, proven partners make each piece — so you get considered design and craftsmanship that has earned its reputation.
I spent the best part of a decade building spaces for people who never wanted to be noticed for them.
Family offices in Singapore. Private studies in Dubai. Rooms where the work that happens is quiet, considered, and occasionally worth a great deal — and where the room itself was never meant to announce that. What I learned, moving between those cities, is that real presence doesn't shout. It's in the weight of a door, the way light falls across a desk at four in the afternoon, the difference between a shelf that was fitted and one that was chosen.
I came home to build something smaller and, I think, more honest: a practice that makes those same rooms for people here — a home office that actually earns its place in the house, a family office built to run real affairs rather than perform them, a private office with enough presence that you stop noticing the room and start doing the work.
We're a month old. I've spent twenty years getting ready for that not to matter.

When you contact us or request a consultation, we collect the details you give us — your name, email address, telephone number, location and any information about your project. We don't collect anything you don't choose to share.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange consultations, and carry out any work you commission. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project records only for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we delete it securely.
Your rights
